Stir Fry Asian Style Noodles

Low Fructose & Gluten free

Serves 2
1 x chicken breast, diced
1 x carrot sliced
10-12 snow peas
2 x diced mushrooms
6 x green beans, diced
1 x stalk of celery, diced
1 tsp of oil (coconut, avocado or olive oil)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp gluten free soy sauce
Chopped parsley, Vietnamese mint or thyme to garnish

Heat 1 tsp oil in wok, add chicken and brown
Remove chicken and set aside
Heat 1 tsp sesame oil, throw in veges + herbs with sauces for 2-3 minutes
Add back in meat, break up noodles and also add
Mix all ingredients together, combining thoroughly & cook for a further 2-3 min.

Changs Gluten Free Wok Ready Noodles are ideal for this dish, available at health food stores and most supermarkets.
